This Privacy Policy explains how Bloc Technologies Inc. (“Bloc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) doing business as Vekta Defence ("Vekta"), a federally incorporated Canadian company headquartered in Ontario, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our public websites, microsites, and online forms (collectively, the “Site”). It also describes the choices you have and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

Vekta provides defence and public-sector technology services, including secure artificial intelligence solutions. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. If you become a customer, partner, or job applicant, additional terms (for example, a data protection agreement, confidentiality agreement, or applicant notice) may apply to the information handled in those contexts.
Classified and protected information must never be submitted through the Site. If you need to share sensitive material, we will provide approved transfer channels.

We collect information in three main ways.
Information you provide. When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, download a resource, subscribe to updates, register for an event, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, organisation, job title, location, and the content of your message. If you apply for a job, we may collect résumé and application details you submit.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, time spent, and general location derived from IP. We use cookies and similar technologies to enable core features, remember preferences, and perform analytics.
